The Lambeth Individual Placement and Support (IPS) employment service is a new initiative from our partnership with the Lambeth Living Well Network Alliance. This project focuses on helping individuals receiving mental health support from the Alliance find suitable, quality employment.
The service directly assists those who are interested in starting or returning to work. Integrated into Thames Reach’s existing framework, this team leverages our extensive experience in skills training, employment support, and job sustainability.
